1. Jamboree Meetup event details
From November 12th to 14th, the Faculty of Synthetic Biology, Shenzhen University of Technology (preparatory), Chinese Academy of Sciences, Institute of Synthetic Biology, Shenzhen Advanced Institute, ShenzhenInstitute of Synthetic Biology,, CCiC Executive Committee and Blue Crystal Laboratory will jointly organize the 2021 Jamboree Meetup in China.
In previous years, Giant Jamboree attracted iGEM teams and synthetic biology enthusiasts from all over the world, and it was a grand gathering of synthetic biology youths. Since 2020, the epidemic has forced Jamboree to move online, and participating teams have to gather in conference rooms in a limited area. The epidemic has inevitably become a barrier between carnival and collision of ideas.

After more than a year of hard work against the “epidemic”, this year, domestic epidemic prevention has finally become normal. In order to let iGEMers in China this year do not have any regrets, this offline Meetup is specially held. Welcome iGEMers to this grand event and enjoy the game!

2. Registration method
Team Registration
Welcome 2021 iGEM teams from all over the country to participate in this year’s Jamboree Meetup. Please carefully read the following registration deadlines and detailed requirements for submissions before filling out the questionnaire.
Individual Registration
The Jamboree Meetup is also open to individual participants such as iGEM alumni and synthetic biology enthusiasts. Individual participants can register by filling in the following questionnaire. After the information is approved, the conference organizing committee will contact the individual participants .
Registration Time
1) The conference organizing committee has opened the registration channel on October 5, 2021 Beijing time.
2) The conference organizing committee will close team registration at 23:59 on October 24, 2021, Beijing time.
3) The conference organizing committee will accept team registration at 23:59 on October 30, 2021, Beijing time to modify the list of participants. If you need to modify the list of participants before the deadline, please email admin@ccicmail.org Contact the organizing committee.
