Bing ZHAI

Bing Zhai is a professor in Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology (SIAT), Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Dr. Zhai received the B.S. degree in biological sciences from China Agricultural University, and the Ph.D. degree in biology from Texas A&M University. She then moved to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City for her postdoctoral training. Dr. Zhai has published in Nature Medicine, Nature Immunology, mBio and other influential journals. Major research directions: Synthetic metabolism or Metabolic rewiring, Evolution engineering and Metabolic engineering.
